How do people typically mark artists/albums for future exploration?

New user here. Liking Roon, and it’s helping me find new artists and music to listen to. However, I’m having a torrid time trying to figure out how to manage all the exploratory activity. Solve the library/non-library conundrum and all the complexities it creates for tagging, focus, playlists etc

This is not “just” a feature request. It is a request to give priority to the library/non-library issue that creates plenty of problems for other features. It creates difficulties, inconsistencies, and incomprehensible complexities. For starters, it is close to impossible to get library versions of tracks in a (local copy of) Tidal playlists. What's the best way to track album recommendations?

What I really mean is what’s the best way to track album recommendations without having to add the album to my library? In other words, I’m always adding albums to list of new albums to explore. To track these with tags, I have to add them to my library. The only way I’ve found to do it without adding them to my library is to use bookmarks.
