I’m new here, I just registered because I saw a for sale ad and I’d like to buy the product, but there’s no option to send a PM to the seller (or to anyone).
I guess it’s a feature locked behind permissions. How to get the permission?
Yes, new members cannot send PM’s.
You will need to reply directly to the ad you saw until you have built up some activity here.
To post PMs, you need Trust Level 1. This is straightforward.

- Mute other users
