Please tell me where to turn off email notifications of every time a user here is breathing or writing an answer in one of my topics - like this one that will now inxrease the spam flood.

Thx. Knowing that it is possible I found it but it looks different then your screenshot. Your screenshot I did not find…
Here you go:
Change the post to “Tracking” or “Normal” and you will not get any emails anymore related to a post.

Two different things. This one controls if it generally sends email for notifications. If this is off, it won’t:
This one controls for specific topics if you get notifications at all, which don’t have to be emails:
If emails are off, the notifications are just in-forum, at your profile button top right:
