How to use profiles?

Hi,

i’m a trial user and don’t understand how profiles work.
My current version is 2.0 (build 1388) on both server and windows remote.

Profiles.
I thought i would be able to manage different playlists for different users by creating and using profiles.
For this I have created a second profile for my daughter beginning with the icon in the upper right corner.

But whenever I create a local playlist with one profile active it is also visible in the other profile.
When I switch profiles nothing changes. The queue is also the same for both.
This happens for windows remote and iOS remote.
I have tried this with a local server as well, but experience the same behaviour.

Do I miss a setting, maybe?
Or is the feature limited for the free trial period?

At the moment playlists and profiles are undergoing changes so that currently everyone sees everything. Originally, playlists could be set to be “owned” by a specific profile or shared between all. You can see this if you go to Tags, right click on a Tag, then edit. That mechanism used to be used with Playlists.
