HQ player not working with Realtek ALC898

Hi everybody,

i could use some help, i can’t seem to get HQ player working on my PC, the audio file is playing but i have no sound. I have a Realtek ALC898 where i use the digital output to a beresford bushmaster DAC.

I get sound out of windows in general so thats ok.
here you can see my setting i tried already all the outputs, but no change.

-Tried also with cudo offload checked

have you tried using Realtek Digital output (Optical) instead of Default endpoint for the Device setting?

Hi Daniel,

Yes i tried it and also after reopening hqplayer it still giges no sound.
