Is it HQPlayer OS ?
Since you can connect with HQPDcontrol, you can probably find and connect with HQPlayer Client as well. Then from HQPlayer Client once connected, open the control panel (three horizontal lines button) and check the IP address. Then that IP with port 8088 should work.
