I am not using a VPN
have not pass to operate it, besides my Mac, I can operate the ARC with my iPhone 15 pro mas and my samsung ultra 23 being connected to my LAN

I can operate Roon no problem on my LAN, I can even operate Roon ARC being on my LAN , but a total nightmare trying ARC outside my home, simply imposible, have tried a lot of teaks on my modem, routers, and everything from your page but have not being successful, I am pasting what Roon ARC test says on my Mac. I do have other devices connected and can access no problem from outside, Dyson, smart devices, Acs , stereos, and no problem with them, except your program ARC, hope you can help.

I’d recommend turning off UPnP and try manually port forwarding.

Your error, to me and I think @connor from Roon agreed, is linked to your UPnP not working correctly. Try turning it off and setup a manual port forwarding rule.

Yes, two days ago I received an Linksys Router Hydra Mesh Wifi 6 con 3 Bandas AXE6600, I would like to try ROON with this new Reuter, can you please advice what do I need to do in order to proceed with the trial period ?

Never mind, I see they offered to extend your trial. However, you probably need to follow their advice and post results with screen shots, etc.

EDIT: You could do a monthly subscription, then cancel in 30 days if Roon doesn’t work for you.
How am I gong to do that I my subscription is expired ???
