However I’m fully aware of the shortcomings of written communication. Sometimes one’s attempt at a joke just fall flat. And while I was not trolling I can see how my comments might be taken as such. When my comments and humor miss the mark I don’t get too upset and normally I just let things be and hope that I have better luck next time.

Now for real trolling try something like this: Man that Neal Peart would be a great fit in a high school jazz band.
