You can’t expect savages to have any sort of self control or awareness. It starts with bad poetry and ends up in human sacrifice undoubtedly.

I lived in Brentwood for 10 years , I think Douglas Adams was the only thing it ever became famous for apart from Sonja Kristina (Curved Air) and ME of course !!
The most notable place was the record shop on the high street run by a retired maths teacher from Brentwood School , a veritable Aladdin’s Cave of vinyl. a lot of which transferred to my collection when he eventually retired from the shop he must have been well in his 80’s
