I am finding that nearly all of my streams earn a yellow format light (PCM 176.4+) even though Roon mostly indicates a 16/44 stream. I am listening to Live Radio now and the stream on Roon is reported 48kHz 128kbps but the yellow light is still on. Once i saw a MQA stream getting a blue light (DSD 256).
Anyone have an idea on what is going on?
According to the user manual for the Zen streamer, the yellow light indicates PCM 44.1/48 kHz.
Edit: I think the printed documentation shipped with the product has incorrect colors for the modes.
I think you are correct, I remember from way back this was the case.
