This ‘inconspicuous’ track appears to have no connection to the legendary American funk/soul/rock band WAR? Unfortunately, Roon’s algorithm has associated it with their discography. This type of automated misattribution does a disservice to WAR’s genuine artistic legacy and can confuse listeners seeking their authentic catalog. It would be helpful if Roon could improve their metadata accuracy to properly distinguish between unrelated artists sharing similar names.

Thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately, it’s not Roon’s algorithms, but every streaming service getting it wrong and providing us with bad data. We’re trying to figure out the best approach to resolving this issue, but I can’t give you any timeline for resolution.
