Describe the issue

Is there a way to edit credits on all tracks in an album. Roon tries to tell me that a bass player who died in 1972, plays on a record recorded in 2020. The album is from Qobuz and there credits is correct. In fact there are 2 albums with this fault. The Allman Betts Bands two albums both have this faulth.

As this is a metadata issue, I’ve moved your post to the Metadata category of the forum where it will be seen by the metadata team.

Can you give more detail to aid support? Which specific albums and who is the artist? Thank you.

Band : The Allman Betts Band. album: Down to the River and Bless Your Heart
The bass player credited on both albums is Berry Oakley he died in 1972. The bass player on these two albums is Berry Duane Oakley his son.

The fault lies with TiVo metadata. I’ve asked them to review their “Berry Oakley” credits.

TiVo missed some credits. I’ve asked them to take another look…

@Svein-Ole_Sorensen I hope this is now fixed on our servers following another set of corrections by TiVo. Please allow up to a week for the corrected metadata to be pulled into your library.
