I found out today that the cable used to connect internal SSD might be reversed from the direction shown in all the startup guides. When this happens you are required to turn over the SSD in the brackets before connecting it. It caused me some concern & a call for support ( which was quick & explained the solution ) - so check the connector & its orientation before mounting etc.
