For the past few days, I’ve been having playback issues with Roon. I’ll click a song and it won’t play (the track timeline info bar is blank and pulses back and forth). After 30 secs or longer the track info may appear and the track will play. If the track doesn’t play, I’ll close the Roon and reopen and it may play. This happens when playing from my saved playlists and when I search Roon for the track and also when I play files saved on my Hifi Rose 520 installed hardrive . I use my IPad Pro or IPhone 15 Pro Max as a remote and Grimm Audio MU1 as Roon server. The MU1 has the latest software and the Roon extension is installed. Roon is up to date and I’ve uninstalled and re installed Roon. I’m using Tidal as the streaming service and I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled Tidal. I’ve also changed passwords. I’m using an Orbi mesh router system and the MU1 is connected via a network switch. The Orbi is up to date and the network is running fine. When I play tracks via the Tidal app directly (using my Hifi Rose 520) zero issues (only happens when using Roon and the MU1). I also have issues when uses Roon arc. I got the error message “ There’s an issue with your Roon Server. Your Roon Server is online but there’s an issue that’s preventing access. Go to the Roon app for more information”. After waiting, Roon arc loads and then I’m able to play a few tracks and then I get the same playback issue from the Roon app. I’m no expert but my issues seems to be a Tidal to Roon connectivity issue that just started recently. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks
