Intermittent TIDAL buffering and track skipping in Roon with Rhein Z1 v2 (ref#RM63C9)

I am being plagued by a problem that other users have also reported to you before: slow buffering of TIDAL within Roon which leads to continuous skipping of tracks. I have not seen a general solution to this problem hence I contact you. The following are my details.

Roon Core Machine
Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM).
Rhein Z1 v2
Firmware VitOS-1.2.4397

Networking Gear & Setup Details
Your networking gear (model of routers/switches/etc), connection types (Wifi/Ethernet), and any firewalls, antivirus, or VPN software.
Router: TP-Link
Core linked to router via ethernet
No VPN or firewall between router and core

Connected Audio Devices
Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.
Different devices in different rooms
1. NAD 388 DAC amplifier connected via ethernet
2. NAD T758 surround receiver connected via WiFi
3. NAD Blue Sound Node connected via WiFi

Number of Tracks in Library
Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”.
Tracks: ~7,000

Description of Issue
I get the following message: "Tidal Issue: loading slowly check connectivity problems”

This happens intermittently and I have not been able to correlate it with anything of note. It also happens with all my devices, not just one in one specific room. My internet speed is not impressive (only 25-25 Mbps typically) because I live in the countryside. However, I can always stream movies without a problem and when the Tidal buffering problem arises I do not detect diminished internet speed.
