iPhone playlist filter

I would like to have the same ability to arrange tracks on the iPhone app as I do on my PC and iPad. I’m referring to the filter bar above each column. It does not exist above tracks on iPhone as it does on other devices. If due to width of screen, would landscape view resolve? If not, possibly a setting that allowed for preferred organization of tracks. If I add a track later by a band that I already have in the playlist.
I would rather it be put in order of the band/album/track. Everything imported from Qobuz seems to be in order of when it was added.

With Playlists, I miss the equivalent of the option in iTunes to ‘copy to play order’ to bake in the order of playback.
