When the laptop on which I am running Room Core goes to sleep, the Room Core also goes to sleep and will not awake when I try to start music from my iPad.
Is the Nucleus intended to be running full time even when music is not being streamed by Roon? If not, how will one wake Roon?
Roon OS, the underlying operating system of Nucleus, runs whenever the machine is powered on.
While Roon OS is running, the configuration web page allows for the RoonServer to be stopped. Otherwise, both Roon OS and RoonServer run 24/7.
