transport-websocket.js takes care of the socket connection, but all the .js files in the repository belong to the core part of the Roon API. On top of that there are separate repositories for transport control, library browsing etc.
And what about the naming? Are these acronyms? SOOD and MOO
No clue, never came up with what they could mean. Maybe @danny wants to share?
Regarding functionality; SOOD implements Roon Core discovery using UDP protocol, MOO uses the web socket to talk to the core via the provided API endpoints.
