Is there a way to bookmark the pages under Settings, such as General, Storages, Services , etc ?
I tried many times but not successful.

No. This would something for Feature Suggestions. If you write a suggestion, give it a chance by explaining in which way going to Bookmarks > General would be better than going to Settings > General
