Nope. Not using crossfade.

Its been 2 weeks since last Roon response and I am still experiencing this issue. Just to clarify, no VPN is set for this device or router. I logged out of every device from Tidal, changed connection to wired on Auralic and made sure no weird settings are set.

Thanks for the follow-up. Upon another fresh review of your Roon Server diagnostic, we’re seeing the same authorization issue reporting from Tidals servers. Specifically:

Warn: [tidal/http] GET Unauthorized {"status":401,"subStatus":4005,"userMessage":"Asset is not ready for playback"}
Warn: [tidal/media] could not get playback info Result[Status=InvalidTrack]
Info: [zone AURALiC ARIES G1.1] OnPlayFeedback StoppedEndOfMediaUnnatural

Do you experience any issues when playing audio from the Tidal web app?

What are your current DNS settings within your Roon Server device? Are you able to test out updating them to either google or cloudflare (8.8.8.8) or (1.1.1.1) respectively.

I only experience this with Roon. Not with Tidal app. Just set DNS to Clouflare DNS server 1.1.1.1. Earlier it was set to my DHCP which is set to both Cloudflare DNS addresses.

I just sold Auralic and getting the new set of S1 Aries with external PSU, soon. I will report back when i get it.

FYI. My eero was set with 255.255.0.0 so i just changed subnet mask to this in Roon. I will let you know if this makes any difference.
