Thanks for taking the time to write in! I’m sorry to say, but unfortunately, the server you’re using - the Rhein Z1 is not a Roon-supported device, and therefore we’re not able to offer any official troubleshooting support while it’s in use.

What you can do though, is navigate to your Roon Settings>Roon Arc and review the error code under ‘advanced’ and then review our detailed KB article on troubleshooting steps you can test out - here’s more info:
