First, try changing the port assignment in the Roon Settings → ARC page you shared above. Something like 56000 might work if 55002 is in use by another program or machine.
If that doesn’t work, restart your router and try again.
If you continue to experience problems, then please share the name of your internet service provider. Who is your internet service provider? They might have implemented CG-NAT, blocking your connection to ARC even when set up properly.
You can use Tailscale as a workaround, a VPN that allows for NAT-traversal.
