There seems to be an issue with how Roon fails to display some vows in Thai characters.
As the picture shown above, an artist name should be ติ๊ก ชิโร่. However, Roon omitted a vow which result for as ติ๊ก ชิโร. Same goes to the 2nd track. The track title is ภาษาดอกไม้ but Roon is showing as ภาษาดอกไม. Interestingly, the same missing vow is shown properly on track #1 and #4.

Is this in your local library or streamed (dont see any indication of streaming service)? if so what is the source of the library track? ripped or downloaded?
This is my own file ripped from a CD.
and is the metadata also correct or incorrect then…maybe its the metadata source that’s the issue here - if you ripped yourself then you better check the source data
It’s certainly not the source file nor user error as this issue is widespread on other Thai albums as well.
so if you edit the ripped file with tag editor is it correct of wrong… are you using roon preference for metadata?
The metadata is showing correctly with no missing vows when in Roon metadata editing page. The source of the metadata is chosen as file since Roon does not have much info of Thai albums.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have uploaded 6 files that showing issues with the vows on Roon. They’re either having issue in the song title or artist name. You can check the metadata editor in Roon and you will see that it is somehow correct in there (usually I click on a pencil icon and copy the value over). Please let me know if you have any more questions or needed more file samples.
