My Jazz Groove subscription auto-renewed a couple of days ago and everything has gone south. I jave tried to deal with the issues through Jazz Groove but they are telling me that certain features, e.g., the “Skip” feature doesn’t work in Roon. This is very sad because the “fidelity” function (e.g., choosing between a 256K stream and a FLAC stream) does not work in Roon!
I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone! Dos anybody know what is goingon?

I am listening to The Jazz Groove FLAC Mix 1 station through ROON as I type. It has worked for me without issue for some time. My membership rolled over at the start of the 2026 without a problem. I don’t think the skip feature has ever been available through ROON but FLAC streams with meta data are available. Just got through with a Zoom call with one of the Jazz Groove founders (PAUL) and the Operations Manager (Anita) who walked me through getting my FLAC stream back up and running. Thanks also to BigMal for reasssuring me that Roon was indeed still streaming in FLAC.
