Keeping Intel NUC BIOS updated? [answered: no need]

Hi, does ROCK require latest NUC firmware or is it completely independent of what FW ROCK NUC is running on? Haven’t updated FW since installation six months ago, just want to make sure.

You should make sure BIOS on the NUC is up to date.

It was up to date six months ago, just want to see if there’s any correlation between NUC FW and ROCK.

There are older BIOS versions out there that ROCK was incompatible with, which is why we suggest the BIOS update.

If you updated since ROCK was released, and are stable, no need to upgrade the BIOS anymore (unless you are looking for a feature they added)
