Roon Arc Not Ready

Actualy I can see the playlists etc… in Roon Arc, but when I press play, it states “Bad Conection”.
Any help is welcome

There are already a lot of topics on this one.
In most cases it boils down to not having a firewall forward to your core form the internet.
Check the topics on the subject and verify your firewall configuration.

Hi @Antonio_Souza ,

It looks like you have two different subnet ranges here, indicating a 2nd router in the mix. I suspect it is your modem doing both modem and router duties, and you would need to put it into Bridge mode or forward ports on both.

Already solved the problem.
I configured the isp modem to Bridge.
