Every now and again I notice a gap in my local library. Devendra Banhart was one such gap. His back catalogue can be picked up for next to nothing on eBay, often thanks to Music Magpie, so several orders placed! This album arrived today and it’s an excellent addition.
It was, in theory, released on February 16th 2024 but for reasons unknown Amazon announced they couldn’t supply it and cancelled my order. I tried to figure why the cancellation but drew a blank (Pun not intended) and finally found it available in Germany in one online store. It may be easier to find now but it was rumoured that the release is delayed until mid March.
I don’t have a multi-channel setup so that’s not a problem but will rip the HD content later.
This is actually exciting and in our case the wife is very happy that (she believes) I allowed her to pick my Media cabinet
Wow I got 1 after another 2 hour timeout.
Seriously?
You think I can find ANYTHING in this monster thread!
Appoloogies!,
Digital - NOT VINYL!!!
Listening to some hairy music now:
Once you’re buying vinyl, the kids ‘magically’ learn to live on condensed soup and yesterday’s leftovers!
Love MusicMagpie and WoB. Both good places to find some bargains to fill holes or exploring new finds. think some of their prices are creeping up, likely the amount I bought from them last year. Funny thing some stuff they don’t have in their app but is on eBay.
Still a lovely take on James output. One of my favourites of 2023 for nostalgia as much as anything. Also made me realise how good they were all over again.
there are so much different versions…
I Never Thought In My Entire Life I’d Taste An Edible Pot Noodle.
Guess where from😁
I love a Pot Noodle, one of life’s guilty pleasures. I had a super noodle pot the other day as was too lazy and too sore with my back to make something proper.
