Yes, this was the record that caused my subs to go nuts (discussion on Discord). Ze’ev gifted me the album when I met him at an audio show. I just hadn’t unwrapped it until now.

So what is so special, besides sub bass in spades?
So, will this be the album that will require you to upgrade your turntable?
Actually its not a very bass heavy album… its just dynamic so the percussion, way it reverberated in the recording, caused some weird feedback the subs were picking up. My setup is terrible for isolation so I’m not surprised I’ve just not had this occur before where I had to turn the volume down to kill the loop. It’s just a super clean dynamic recording of very approachable music. It’s the kind of thing you demo when you want to showoff a system and, because it may become a goto for demo’s… you want upgrade to let the demo shine. At least… that’s what went through my head as I was listening. One of those recordings where there will always be more in the recording to resolve.

It’s not digital anywhere. A true vinyl only thing. Not being a “vinyl guy” its like one of 3 records I own.
