  • I don’t follow along on the tech variables you all are parsing above;
  • I do have this to add –
  • Streaming from rCore to SonosArc 5.1.2 I have two Audio Choices (are these technically “zones”?)

  • Sonos Streaming plays purplish-icon, high quality
  • Airplay Streaming plays green-dot-icon, which I believe is lower quality.

I cannot hear a difference. In the rRemote app on my iPhone, Airplay Streaming puts track and artist info in the Sonos S2 app, while Sonos Streaming just provides computer code-names (go figure on that, lol).
