@Jeff_Saal It has been brought to my attention that what you are experiencing may be related to a known issue that we are currently working on. With the latest QNAP update in November, we had received reports of QNAP users experiencing loss of local folders in Roon. While we don’t currently have a permanent solution, we do have a workaround that has helped many other users in the meantime:
users have mentioned that they are able to temporarily resolve this behavior (until the next reboot) by changing the
Guest Access Rightson their QNAPShared Folder PermissionsfromDenytoReadorRead/Write.
