Liked / downloaded tracks in Qobuz

Guys

Is there any way that I can stop Roon from taking in Qobuz liked tracks?

They are tracks mostly electronic music which I don’t want to be included in the playlists etc.

Really I just want Qobuz streams not downloaded or liked tracks … Possible? Thanks

To add a release / track to roon, they are marked as a favourite. This is the mechanism for added streaming content to Roon.

So, to avoid unwanted releases being added to Roon, you must avoid liking them from within the Qobuz app.

No, any track or album you favorite in Qobuz will be added to your Roon library. And if you favorite in Qobuz just one track of an album, then the album will be added anyway, but will just show one track in Roon (and a button to add the rest).

Roon is generally very album-centric.

Thanks I had my suspicions that was the case so thanks for that. I guess the only way to keep them in the libraries to download them I imagine?

My Roon library only includes music that I own, so I never add TIDAL or Qobuz. I used to include streaming media, but I soon realized I couldn’t see the wood for the trees.

Some only have streaming services, and other mixed local and streaming. In this situation, you have to remember that liking a track or release in Qobuz/TIDAL will add it to the library, and that Roon has its way of liking tracks and albums that is specific to your library.

I do much the same as @mjw but with one minor exception.

If I “admire” and artist I add ONE album to my library , this forces Roon to show that artist in Artists view so then when I want to listen I use the Filter Tool in Artists View to find that artist and then go to Discography for the rest
