It appears that Roon staff can view my activity without specific authorization, which is unexpected. (Sonos staff, for example, can view my activity only if I give them specific permission to open a shared session, or send them a diagnostic log). Per recent support issue, there are no Roon settings that prevent this access.
Feature request: Limit access to my data, including process log, to specific authorization.
