Roon Live Radio shows song information for stations with supported metadata. However this information is not shown on the Apple lock screen (provided you have enabled lock screen controls in the Settings > Setup section), only the station name. This seems weird to me as the lock screen does show track metadata for all other sources (local library or streaming services).
This used to work for a while a long time ago (2-3 years maybe) then suddenly stopped working.
I have had the same issue with a couple of different iPads. I just installed Roon Remote on my iPhone and the issue is also there, so it is unlikely to be device-related. It might be linked to the iOS/iPadOS version (application integration with the lock screen may have changed across OS releases).
Just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same issue with their apple devices?
