Lock screen controls on Android not working. Pixel 7 pro.
I have reset my core, my ARC app, and sent Google feedback. Not sure if it’s a Roon issue or Android
I am experiencing this bug as well. Galaxy S21 Android.
Mine are intermittent on an iPhone. They seems to work more often than not in the last month or two but sometimes when I hit the play button the lock screen will show the song is playing but I get no sound and when I open the app it’s showing still paused.
Same behavior on my Pixel 6. Lock screen controls present, but not functioning as expected.
Application trial newbie person and thus far only used ARC in offline mode if that is impactful.

They haven’t worked on my Samsung S21U in weeks.
Yea, still not working for me after the May Pixel system update. I have resorted to using Tidal app for now.
Same issue here. Lock screen controls work fine on the Roon remote app, but never work in Roon ARC. I’m on a Pixel 6 Pro. I never have issues with media lock screen controls in any other apps. So I suspect this is a Roon ARC bug.
