Login to Roon

Hello;
this morning the radio was playing a GREAT song. RDS showed the artist, but because I don’t know him so I start Roon - but Roon tells me to log in again…

For security reasons my son entered a long and complicated password for me, and since I’m old and visually impaired I had to wake up my younger neighbor to help me log in again. But in the meantime, I forgot the name of that artist, and RDS now shows something else…

Nothing has changed since yesterday:
-same location,
-same router,
-same network configuration,
-same computer,
-same Roon apps,
-same old user.
Only since yesterday the year has been different…

So why did Roon make it harder for me to use what I have paid for?

I would like to understand this. I think it was definitely not harassment of an old man - but I could be wrong…

New Year’s Greetings to everyone!

Most radio stations publish a list of what they played on their website. Maybe you can find the artist there.

Thank you very much - at least that’s resolved.

But the question of why Roon logged me out remains open.
