Did you verify that the Transporter and the computer running Roon are both active/connected to the same network? (e.g. after plugging the network cable to the Transporter, you may have to configure the Transporter to run in that network by adding password etc).

not to be captain obvious, but scroll down, it might be listed lower in the UX.
Also, you need to tell the SB to reconnect to a new library - in this case the Roon one. It is documented on the knowledge base quite well.
