Long gaps between tracks with different qualities/bitrates

I am very sorry to read about your experience over the past 2 weeks UliR. This is very frustrating. I have had a very similiar problem that I recently posted for support. I have not been nearly as dilligent as you have been in trying to get assistance. Kudos to you for keeping your cool and keeping with it! After reading that Roon has only four people dedicated for tech support in another post, I doubt my post will be addressed, especially since I dread having to keep reaching out for help. It is disconcerting that this is what we have to go through for assistance as this is not an inexpensive product. Sorry Roon staff, I really do appreciate you and I am grateful for your product, but accessing @support can be a huge challege.
