I was running roon on a mac mini (mid 2011). I backed up roon to a file that I kept on the mac mini’s desktop. We’ll the mac mini wouldn’t reboot. When I called apple , they had me try a bunch of things. It would not reboot. I was very clear that I did not want them make me do anything that caused me to lose the roon back up file on the desktop. Well i just took the mac mini to an expert who tells me that what Apple support had me do erased all the data on the hard drive and it cannot be recovered. Thanks so much Apple!!!
My question is - is there any chance that Roon has the back up files somewhere and that I could recover them?
