Lumin P1 as a preamp

I am considering replacing my T2 with a P1 to upgrade my streamer and replace my current preamp. In reading the Stereophile review of the P1 John Atkinson reported that the input impedence of the analog inputs was very low and cautioned this might be a problem with tube source components. The only tube source I have is an EAR phono stage. Can someone explain how this input impedence can/will present an issue with this phono stage?

Traditionally, in an analog world, that assessment would be correct.

P1 analog inputs go through an analog to digital conversion, so in our opinion that rule is not applicable to our design.
