Hi Peter, I have noticed my Lumin remote no longer works with my U2.

I have tried the receiver in both spare USB ports and the battery in the remote is good, the red light shows woth each button press. Do you know what could be causing my issue?

Please unplug all USB cables, especially the USB remote receiver. Power cycle the unit. After a progress circle shows up on the front panel, reconnect the USB remote receiver. If you use a USB DAC, power cycle the DAC and reconnect it to U2.

If the remote is still not working, please replace the batteries (even if there is light).

The batteries just needed changing.

Note to self, ignore the LED.
