Mac Book Pro Optical Out

Hi everybody,
i want to stream bit perfect via the optical out to my NAIM Audio DAC.
I also want the system to change sampling rate…
Is it possible??

Yes it is possible. Use exclusive mode and it will output whatever Roon tells it to within the limitations of optical.
