Please kindly record that the subject has been solved as follows without further troubles - Updating to Sequoia may be the reason of the change of the previous settings
ROON Controller must be enabled in System Preferences >> Security and Privacy >> Local Network >> ROON = tick ENABLE (same was to be done for BLUEOS by the way)
