Make finding currently playing album easier

I often find myself looking for the album that is currently playing, but find it very difficult to see among the hundreds of albums. Yes I can click on it in the section at the bottom, but I mean primarily for a visual when viewing most played albums etc.

My suggestion would be to frame the currently playing album with a glow around it so that it stands out more, as in the image attached.

Not sure if this helps or not …

I just click the album cover icon at the bottom of the screen … and then then link (or icon) from the page that is now displayed.
