Making a Pi a Roon endpoint

Just curious, is there a tutorial as to how to do this with a Pi? Say for example I wanted to do the following with it:

  1. See it as an endpoint in Roon, how or is it plug and play?
  2. Switch quickly between it being a Roon Endpoint and also HQplayer NAA?
  3. Can it handle DSD512?
  4. Who makes these? Do they have a warranty and customer support or is it a DIY?
  5. Can you have a software interface similar to what Sonore offers, link to that software too please?

Thanks for the info my friend! You’ve been of great help to me on this forum. Now that I’ve tackled HQplayer, I can tackle anything :wink:
