Manual (on demand) folder scanning

Hi Roon Team,

I am kindly requesting a feature to enhance folder management.

  1. Manually disabling automatic folder watching for local folders (this is always enabled) and to have ability to initiate a single manual scan instead.
    On roon core servers with connected spinning drives or remotely mounted network shares (i.e. in my case I use a directory mounted over NFS), roon core would allow them to spin down. This causes useless energy consumption, generates heat and noise.

  2. Having ability to verify what (or how many tracks) have been added / removed from library after each folder rescan.
