Where’s Pearl Jam and Bob Dylan from Qobuz?

I realize this is a frivolous quibble considering the state of the world today, but how hard can it be?

@Charles_Peterson We have not yet received metadata for these albums from Qobuz.

Qobuz still has a limited catalog in the US. Better than it was though. My experience has been if you reach out and ask them to add something to the catalog they will. Takes a couple of weeks, as long as they have rights to the material. I found Qobuz’ customer service to be pretty good. If it’s in Qobuz, but won’t load in Roon, try adding the album to your Qobuz favorites.

You can’t take the Tidal metadata and transfer it? Biggest releases of the year - make the metadata up or amend it later.

No, they’ve both been on Qobuz from the second they were released here in the US, but favoriting them doesn’t work as it should. I can certainly listen to them via my web browser, but that negates this whole complex Roon chain I’ve assembled. Tired of the excuses.

Sorry it’s not working out. I’m not too deep in metadata, so it’s a different priority for me. Have you checked into a third party metadata supplier like SongKong? I know it’s an additional step/cost, but it might get where you want to be. Might be worth searching for SongKong on the forum and reaching out. He offers 20% discounts to forum users from time to time.

@Charles_Peterson if you fancy giving SongKong a go you can run the free Lite version on your music and it will show you exactly what it will match and add so you can see if it will give results before any purchase

Same problem here. Please, try to fix it
Qobuz has released both records on time, unclear why still not connected with Roon
Thanks

Murder Most Foul is now in Roon. I expect Gigaton will be along shortly…
