Is it possible for me to move the core metadata for all my music from my Mac where it is already built to a new NAS installation?

I Notice on my earlier QNAP that there are two folders - RAATServer and RoonServer in a volume named RoonServer ( i.e. the disk is called RoonServer and it has the two Server Folders ). There is no “Roon” folder as on the desktop. I’m assuming I copy my Roon Folder from the mac to a “RoonServer” folder on the QNAP SSD volume named RoonServer?

Edit: Never mind I see there were also Instructions by Chris Rieke in the original QNAP guide. It is RoonServer…
