Moving from NUC to MAC Mini M2

I think my NUC is getting a little long in the tooth and Roon is getting slower, I have around 105K tracks. What is the easiest way to copy the database onto a MAC mini m2, as this seems to be the most cost effective option.
All the music is on an external NAS, I could just start afresh but don’t want to lose any play lists I have made or changes I have made to art work.

P.s. never used a Mac before so keep it simple please
