I thought MQA is longer supported by Tidal.
It still shows up on my Roon in the Signal Path window
Some recordings, e.g., the 2L label, are only available in MQA; even Qobuz plays these occasionally.
To eliminate the majority, go to Roon Settings → General → Streaming Content Preferences, and treat MQA worse than CD qualitt.
There is a very large number of albums for which there are no Hi-Res FLAC counterparts, because the only available masterings are 16/44.1. TIDAL appears not to have removed the MQA encodings of the CD masters, even though the MQA labels and MQA decoding have been removed from their apps. So yes, there’s still a lot of MQA albums on TIDAL. The Roon Signal Path will tell it as it is.

I have no problem with MQA just wondering why it shows up on Roon. Thanks for the info!
