Multi-room Lag echo

I have issues with multi-room with NAD speakers. I have a BluOS installed and Roon Nucleus +. The house has Control4.
After a while the rooms go out of sync and there is an echo in hearing in the middle of the rooms.
Has anyone addressed this issue?

I haven’t experienced this issue but I’m wondering if this setting will help you?
